An online request is not a confirmed appointment until SOLO BEAUTY accepts it. Prices on the menu are a guide and may be adjusted after a consultation if the work changes.
Please arrive with clean hair for colour appointments unless your specialist asks otherwise. Late arrivals may shorten the service so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may be charged. The atelier will explain its current policy when the booking is confirmed.
